Please note

Lessons stop a few days before the official end of each semester (16 July for the second semester). Class councils and the finalisation of report cards take place during this period. This is why we strongly advise against booking holiday travel before the official last day of the semester. This period is used for detentions, handing over report cards, re-enrolment, and catch-up assignments.

Progress & Meetings

School Reports

When reports are issued and how the assessment cycle works - depending on your child's programme.

Enseignement Secondaire Général (ESG) · Voie de Préparation (VP) · Classes d'Accueil (Accu)

The school year is structured in three trimesters. Report cards are issued in:

  • December
  • March / April
  • July

Class councils take place before the Christmas, Easter, and Summer holidays to review each student's progress.

Enseignement Secondaire Européen (ESE) - European Section

ESE students receive two types of reports each semester:

  • Midterm reports - an informal overview of progress in each subject, including short teacher comments, issued halfway through the semester.
  • End-of-semester reports - official reports with subject marks (A, B, C) and written comments from teachers and the Class Council.

These reports help track academic performance and support ongoing learning.

Formation Professionnelle (FP)

Progress & Meetings

Parent-Teacher Speak Date

Wednesday, 9 December 2026 - Focused subject-related meetings by appointment.

Short, structured one-on-one conversations with up to four subject teachers, focused on the student's progress in specific subjects.

  • Registration in advance via an online form; preferred time slots can be indicated.
  • Each meeting lasts a maximum of 10 minutes per teacher.
  • The class teacher attends only in their role as subject teacher - if you book a slot with them, the conversation covers their subject only, not the class as a whole.

Please note

General topics related to class dynamics or the school community are not discussed during this event.
